Our Turnkey Solutions Service is a process that turns client concepts, preliminary designs, or prototypes into mass-produced products.

Starting with a simple idea, clients can deeply engage with our technical consultants to articulate their needs, which are then analyzed for feasibility by our technical department before settling on a design direction. The process encompasses aesthetic design, functionality verification, internal structure design, initial prototyping, sample testing, sample refinement, mold creation, mass production, and ongoing improvements.

Additionally, we welcome clients' existing samples or drawings for consultation, which involves more than just manufacturing. This consultation may include improvements to product appearance, structure, materials, and production processes, all with the aim of providing clients with higher quality products at lower costs.

Our design and technology team is comprised of a dynamic mix of industrial designers, structural engineers, electronic circuit engineers, mechanical engineers, sheet metal processing engineers, and metal die-casting engineers, representing a breadth of expertise across various specializations and design disciplines (find out more about Our Team).

Our processing capabilities are diverse and, together with our supply chain system, encompass all the mainstream methods in the market, including injection molding, CNC machining, die casting, sheet metal fabrication, and 3D printing, along with a rich array of surface treatment options such as spray painting, electrocoating, anodizing, and plating.

We operate four assembly lines, catering to clients with assembly needs, complete with comprehensive testing and reporting post-assembly. We also welcome pre-shipment inspections from clients or third parties.

Therefore, we recommend that clients describe their ideas in as much detail as possible before starting the project and then discuss them with our technical team. The technical team will assist clients in sorting out the technical details and providing practical suggestions, which helps to avoid major design changes later on.

I have a complete set of product drawings involving various manufacturing fields. Can you take full responsibility for the production?

Yes, we have the capabilities for injection molding, die casting, sheet metal processing, and CNC machining. In addition, our supply chain includes partners from various fields, enabling us to handle the production and assembly of everything from individual components to complete products for our clients. Entrusting the entire product to our company will save you the hassle of dealing with multiple suppliers. We also welcome you or any third-party company to conduct quality inspections before shipment to ensure the products fully meet your requirements, giving you complete peace of mind!

This is often because certain designs do not take manufacturing processes into account, making the original designs either unfeasible to produce or excessively costly. I have an injection mold offered by another company, and products produced using this do not meet the standards. Is it possible for me to amend the samples and send it to the factory for production?

Yes, that's no problem. But we still need to examine the mold where it is located by determining the issues and the situation. Sometimes, the grade of the mold and the quality breed of the mold decide the final manufacturing product. If the mold design or quality doesn't meet our needs, we might have to refine it, upgrade or even replace the mold to get the job done right.

I want my products to be shipped directly to the final destination for sale after production. Can you do that?

Of course, we can apply the appropriate labels as per the client's requirements and deliver the goods to the designated warehouse, ensuring they are ready to be sent to the final consumers without delay.

I have confidentiality requirements for my product. Can a confidentiality agreement be signed before the project startup? And who will own the intellectual property rights once the product is developed?

We can accommodate this request. A confidentiality agreement can be signed before the project begins. As for the intellectual property rights, they will rightfully belong to the client if they have made financial contributions to the research and development of the product.
