Yes! DWG, DXF, IGES, Solidworks and Rhino files can all be used to generate quotes, models and mould tools – this can save time and money in producing your parts.

Yes, we can use CAD drawings to make models for design and functional evaluations.

Your idea, 3d drawings or samples received—product solution evaluated– offer provided

There are 2 ways chosen after quotation,  the one is your project is confirmed,  procedures shall be mould making-  samples  sent on trail mould– sample appoval—mould  revised– final samples admitted—mass production—assmebly and packing—finish products can be  directly sale in your market

The other one is you can’t judge whether your project is workable or not,then you can go for CNC sampling or 3d printing  firstly.

You paid the mould so it all belong to you forever, and we will give lifelong maintenance. If necessary, you can take this mould back.

Mould tools can be either single cavity (one part at a time) or multi-cavity (2,4, 8 or 16 parts at a time).

Single cavity tools are generally used for small quantities, up to 10,000 parts per year whereas multi-cavity tools are for larger quantities. We can look at your projected annual requirements and recommend which

would be best for you.

It can take 3-5 weeks to have the mould tool manufactured depending on the part’s complexity

and the number of impressions (single or multi). After we have received final approval by you of the new tool,

you can expect delivery of parts within 3-5 days.

• Injection plastics( simple spare parts or complex assembled parts), such as: sofa legs, household furniture handles, 3D printer fully assembled, indutsiral water treatment mechanical parts and so on.

• Metal fabrication( die casting or stamping) such as mobile phone aluminum alloy holder, coffee machine parts, fully assembly fitness equipment etc

• Machining( CNC or 3D Printing): these products ususally are used for display, show on a fair or sample purposes, such as wine bottle holder, 3d printer models etc.

Most of the customized mechanical products, such as furniture parts, plastic injection parts( includes engineering plastics), metal fabrication parts, home appliances and electronica products.
